All text and graphic content presented on this website as well as all Delight Design™ affiliated websites is implicitly and explicitly subject of the fullest copyright reservation. All text has been written by ourselves as have the majority of all graphics. Where graphics have not been originally produced by ourselves they have been sourced from either from paid and royalty free sources, or free and royalty free sources
One exception is a representation of the transformed Beatles for Sale Audio CD photographic cover for the purpose of fair use as defined in Section 107 of the copyright act, having a "Purpose and Character of Use" of a different function to the original. The function is parody with purpose of obvious unreality achieved through graphic design. The original untransformed photograph is already published and largely in the public domain with the minimum portion used, eg no text or original labelling from the original CD cover. The Effect Upon Potential Market or Value of the Copyrighted Work is none in the context of potential or actual financial harm, especially in the context that the nature of parody is non offensive, this use, if anything, could only benefit the original work through additional publicity. The source of this graphic is therefore deemed in copyright context as non infringing and wholely within the bounds of fair use.
